At Cabme, we strive to provide excellent service to all our customers. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

Booking Cancellations

You can cancel your booking up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time without any penalty. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before pickup may incur a cancellation fee.

Refund Process

  • Cancellations made more than 2 hours before pickup: Full refund
  • Cancellations made 1-2 hours before pickup: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 1 hour before pickup: No refund
  • Driver no-show or service unavailability: Full refund

Payment Methods

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the booking. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
  • Digital Wallets: 1-3 business days
  • Cash payments: Refund processed within 24 hours

Exceptional Circumstances

In case of emergencies, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances, Cabme reserves the right to provide full refunds or alternative arrangements at its discretion.
